Return Policy

We know that returns can be difficult and complicated, that's why we've done our best to make this process easier for you.

Of course, you can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

If you have set up a customer account on our site when placing an order then follow the instructions below. 

IMPORTANT: If you don't remember your login details,  you can recover them by clicking "I forgot my login /password"

1. Inform us about your wish to return.
To do this, log in to your customer account and find the order you want to return or advertise. Select the products to return. In the case of a complaint, fill in the box with additional information about the product being complained about. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it.

2. Package the products you want to return and send them to our warehouse.
It will be very kind to the planet if you send back your return in the box in which you received your order - we will put it to reuse. Then send them with free return label* included with your order. Use the link below to locate nearest DHL point.

Save your tracking number in order to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your parcel. Please mark the parcel as a RETURN in a visible place

*free return labels are added to orders starting 12.07.2023 

3. Wait for your refund
We will refund your payment immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to return.

However, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.

If you did not create a customer account when you placed your order follow the instructions below:

1. Inform us by email if you wish to make a return.
Send the email to hello@theodderside.com In the email, write your order number and the products you wish to return or complain about.

2. Print and complete the return form.
You can find the return and claim form at this link. If you do not have the ability to print no worries - you can write all the information by hand. Put the form in the return package.

3. Package the products you want to return and send them to our warehouse.

Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned in a stationary store or delivered personally.
