Playa '24

We are thrilled to present our long-awaited summer collection Playa ’24, a promise of exciting journeys filled with extraordinary moments, passion, and dreams. The theme “Impatient to live this experience” reflects the emotions we feel before each trip – what we will experience, who we will meet, and what inspirations we will bring back. It is during these journeys, embedded in the DNA of our brand, that we draw the most inspiration. Playa ’24 is particularly nostalgic for us. This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Odder Side, and with the launch of the summer collection, we are also finalizing new projects that fulfil our dreams.

“June is a milestone month. In addition to Playa ’24, we are opening our long-awaited pop-up in Los Angeles at Submission Beauty. Our shared passion and values have made this collaboration even more meaningful,” says Brygida Handzelewicz-Wacławek.

The Playa ’24 collection tells the story of a girl who,
while on vacation, sends a letter to her friend. She writes about summer adventures that allow her to look within and discover new, previously unknown
emotions. She promises to return with stories full of adventures and new experiences, ending her letter with the words: “Impatient and already blushing
to tell you all.”

During the campaign, the founders of The Odder Side once again returned to Mallorca, which is full of memories, and this journey takes on even greater significance with the 10th anniversary of the brand. For Playa ’24, Brygida and Justyna invited Lara Olsson to collaborate, who perfectly embodies the spirit of the summer campaign.

We created the summer projects with hot days and warm evenings in mind, focusing on natural and breathable materials and comfortable cuts. The color palette of the collection includes ecru, red, pink, blue, and black. Playa ’24 is centered around cotton, and our jacquards, embossing, and other details add uniqueness to it. The collection includes dresses for everyday wear, the beach, and evening outings. These are pieces that create the entire outfit, including Buenos in a beautiful brown shade, Soy perfect for hot weather, Nuria in crinkled cotton, and the knitted Ever. There are also pants:
Beads and Hermosa in new colors, as well as Electra shorts created in the spirit of sustainable development from fabric scraps. Playa ’24 also features the Shines linen set and the cotton Biscuit top in two versions. All pieces are designed to mix and match, allowing you to have fun with summer style.
