PROMOTION REGULATIONS FOR "MINI SHOPPER BAG FOR 1EUR"

The organizer of the "Mini Shopper Bag for 1 EUR" promotion (the "Promotion") is THE ODDER SIDE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, with its registered office in Warsaw, at the address: ul. Widok 10, apt. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (the "Organizer").
The Promotion is valid from September 20, 2024, until further notice or while stock lasts.
The terms of the Promotion are available on the Organizer's online store website at https://eur.theodderside.com/pages/mini-shopper-bag-for-1eur (the "Online Store") and at the Organizer's registered office. Any capitalized terms have the meanings assigned to them by the Online Store's regulations unless otherwise specified in these Promotion regulations.

The Promotion applies to all products available in the Online Store.
When placing an order in the Online Store, if the total order value is equal to or greater than EUR 250.00 , the Customer is eligible to add a mini shopper bag (the "Mini Shopper Bag") to their order for EUR 1.00 (one zloty, 00/100).
The Customer is entitled to purchase one Shopper Bag under the Promotion, regardless of the number of orders placed during the Promotion.
If multiple orders are placed, the Customer may only purchase the Shopper Bag once, regardless of the total amount of orders equal to or exceeding EUR 250,00.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion's regulations and the Online Store's regulations. The regular price of the Shopper Bag is indicated in the Online Store.
The Customer cannot receive any cash or material equivalent for the Shopper Bag. In the case of returning part of the order, reducing its value below EUR 250,00 or returning the entire order (i.e., exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is not required to return the Shopper Bag.

Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted via email to hello@theodderside.com or to the addresses indicated in the Online Store's regulations (Section X of the Online Store's regulations). The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
Complaints regarding the Promotion will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion regulations do not in any way limit the rights to file complaints or claims granted to Customers under applicable laws.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without giving reasons.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion regulations. Any changes to the Promotion regulations will take effect from the date of their announcement.

Customers' personal data is processed for the purposes of conducting the Promotion. Personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion is processed to handle their complaint.
The data controller of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e., The Odder Side Limited Liability Company, based in Warsaw.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, especially in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In matters not regulated by the Promotion regulations, the provisions of the Online Store regulations and applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
Advertising and promotional materials concerning the Promotion are for informational purposes only. The legally binding provisions are those of the Promotion regulations and the Online Store regulations.
The regulations are effective from August 8, 2024.
The regulations are effective from September 20, 2024. In justified cases, the Organizer may amend the Promotion regulations, promptly informing Users by publishing a consolidated text of the Promotion regulations in the Online Store. Amendments to the Promotion regulations do not affect contracts concluded under the Promotion before the announcement of the changes.
